The Value of Partnership & Collaboration

Collaboration is the foundation root of Women in Enterprise, as it was founded by women business owners that felt networking with other women business owners was beneficial to growing their businesses. We are delighted to kick-off Coffee & Conversations this season with guest speaker Jennifer Neff who is the essence of collaboration. Co-Founder of Access Elemental, one of the UK’s and Ireland’s most successful female led technology companies and award-winning successful entrepreneur, Jennifer will share insights into growing a business from concept and the value of collaboration and partnering for growth.

As always, there will be time for networking where you can meet and chat with like-minded women, served along with a delicious finger buffet and coffee/tea.

Join us and get connected, get inspired and further your professional and personal network base. Registration required by Tuesday 15 October, 3pm.

ABOUT JENNIFER NEFF
Jennifer Neff co-founded and launched Elemental Software, now Access Elemental, a digital social prescribing company in Derry. From concept and launch in 2016, Jennifer has grown her business along with her partner Leeann Monk into an award winning international success. Based on a healthcare model designed with GPs, link workers, social workers, community and voluntary teams and mental health practitioners that meaningfully connects people to sources of support, Access Elemental helps provides the digital technology to improve quality of life and reduce demand for public sector services, facilitating and measuring the uptake and impact of referrals towards activities such as debt advice, social welfare legal support, befriending services, fitness classes, gardening clubs and healthy cooking programmes. Winning Digital DNA Best Small Tech Company of the year in 2020, Elemental went on to be acquired by The Access Group in 2021. Additionally, Jennifer also founded the Young Innovator programme in Dubai which she led for 4 years. She mentors and has supported over 600 young people, multiple start up and scale up organisations to design and develop solution ideas around social innovation. With a long list of accolades, most recent awards include: Business Women of the Year 2023, Tech UK President’s Award for Society 2024, as well as winning a contract in Australia intended to help address long-term health problems in an outback community. Jennifer lives in Derry and recently took up golf.
