Guest Speakers:

Sinéad Cannon, Senior Vice President

Sinead is a Senior Vice President in FinTrU, based in the Derry office of their North West Campus. With over 20 years’ experience of working in Financial Services, she joined FinTrU after relocating back to Northern Ireland from Liverpool. Sinead serves as a Senior Client Delivery Manager of large KYC projects for Tier 1 Investment Banks and is passionate for business growth in the North-West and creating fulfilling and well paid careers in the region.

 

Cathy Moran, Cathy Moran Recruitment & Co-Chair of Women in Enterprise

Cathy’s business experience spans over 25 years in the recruitment sector and is founder of Cathy Moran Recruitment, an independent niche recruitment consultancy. She started her career in Edinburgh before moving back to Northern Ireland to work for one of Ireland’s leading recruitment agencies. Her experience covers all areas of permanent recruitment, from IT, Digital and Traditional Marketing, Sales, Technical and Engineering, Accountancy, HR and Executive-level positions, to helping start-up companies with specialised requirements. Cathy manages the recruitment process from start to finish, with her signature engagement process, based on trust and success, excelling at filling challenging roles which require specialist skill sets. Cathy is also a Co-Chair of Woman in Enterprise, which is based in the North West where she utilises her extensive networking skills, coupled with the vast number of relationships and contacts she maintains throughout Ireland, to help the Women in Enterprise group and members.
